It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Mathews of Draper, South Dakota, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Philip Mathews to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his sister Eleanor; his brother-in-law Leonard Greer; his grandson Chance Dugan; his daughter-in-law Tamara Iverson-Mathews; and his nephew Larry Mathews.

He is survived by : his wife Audrey Tobin; his children, Cheryl (Bryon) of Waxhax, NC and Scott (Tarra) of Draper; his grandchildren, Philip, Madison, Bryanna, Braydon, Brooke Rediger of Waxhax, NC, Jolie and Cole Dugan of Draper, SD; his siblings, Patricia Greer of Colorado, Gerald Mathews (Wanda) of Draper and Fred Mathews (Mary) of Pierre; and his sister-in-law Marlynrae Mathews of Pierre.

Memorials may be directed to the Jones County Booster Club.
