He was predeceased by : his parents, Olav Torgersen and Anna Torgersen (Carlsen); his wife Kathryn Henderschiedt (Jonker); and his son David Torgersen. He is survived by : his former life partner Janice Boyd; and his sons, Paul Torgersen (Beth) of Minnetonka, MN, John Torgersen (Deb) of Ottawa and Alvin Henderschiedt (Janet) of Lake Poinsett, SD. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
