He is survived by : his children, Patricia Thell (Charles) of Freeport, MN, Char Morton (Larry) of Laurel, MT, Forrest Jr. of Tulsa, OK, Cindy Egeberg (Lawayne) of Hazen, ND, Anita Dornbusch (Jim) of Pierre, SD and Tim of Eureka, SD; and his brothers, Jay of Highmore, SD and Jim of Hot Springs, SD.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 36 ½ great grandchildren; and 21 great-great grandchildren.
