He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Koopsma and Geri Koopsma (Hill); and his brother Jody. He is survived by: his brother Chad (Susie) of Colman; his sibling's children, James Lee Koopsma of Sioux Falls, Steven Koopsma of Sioux Falls and Katrina Koopsma of Newark, Delaware; and his aunts, Ilene Evanson (Grant) and Theresa Turner (Larry). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
