She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kothe and Nancy Kothe (Eller); her husband Lester O'Neal; her brother Dallas Kothe; and her children-in-law, Linda O'Neal and Charles Hodgkin.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Hodgkin, Judith Deming (Donald), John O'Neal (Jill) and James O'Neal (Barbara); her grandchildren, Keith Friederich (Tammy), Michael Hodgkin (Teri), Stacy Pohl (Lenny Cleaver), Bryan Deming (Erin), Daric O'Neal (Jill), Alisa O'Neal (Dean Woodcook), Stephanie Barr (Tracy) and Kirsten Shaw (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Emily Leistikow (Aryck), Shelby Berry (Grant), Leslie Friederich, Corry Hodgkin (Angela), Justin Deming, Abigail Deming, Breana Deming, Kody O'Donnell, Lennon O'Neal, Jocelyn O'Neal, Ellie O'Neal, Tessa Reumann, Hutchings Reumann, Zachary Barr and Tyler Shaw; and her great great grandchild Paisley Barr.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Willoughby Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Howard, SD 57349). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Endeavor Presbyterian Church (23301 421st Ave, Fedora, SD 57337). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
