She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Frank McGhee Sr. and Mercy McGhee; her grandmother Susan McBride High Bear; her husband Ben Long Crow; her children, Bernie, Chauncey and Rosie; her siblings, Vern Sr., Arnold, Effie and Della; her children, Robert "Bumpy", Wayne "Flookie" McGhee, Bernard Long Crow, Alvin Long Crow, Ivan Long Crow and Rose Ducheneaux; and her siblings, Helen Furest, Hazel Olson, LeRoy McGhee and Frank McGhee. She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
