It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrick John Laverdure (Fort Thompson, South Dakota), born in Belcourt, North Dakota, who passed away on May 14, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Patrick Laverdure and Patline Laverdure (Vondal); his wife Arletta; his daughter Michelle; and his sisters, Yvonne and Colleen.

He is survived by : his children, Terry of Belcourt, ND, Jolleen (Jay) of Lower Brule, SD and Colleen of Ft. Thompson, SD.; his brothers, Dennis (Leslie) and Gary of Belcourt, ND; and also, Ken and Brenda Waterbury of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
