With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurice Edwin Nelson of Gayville, South Dakota, born in Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on June 30, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Nelson and Viola Nelson (Hoffman); and his sisters, Eileen Hohenstein and Dorothy Petersen. He is survived by : his wife Eleanor J. Sorensen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
