He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Scofield of Gettysburg, Diane Clifford (Steve) of Gettysburg and Carrie McClain of Brookings; and his grandchildren, Lewie Valentz (Pam), Aaron Scofield (Bonnie), Josh McClain (Jessie), Brandy Valentz, Kenny, Kyle, Travis (Rya) and Jessica.
