He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Howe of Big Bend and Randy; his children, Damien, Sage Bowker and Claire; his siblings, Deveron and Roberta; his close friend Zona Spotted Elk; his grandparents, Rose, Edward Howe Sr., Lucille Slow and Jeris; and his uncle Edward Howe Jr..
