He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Kolb; and his niece Heather. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Kolb (McBride) of Goodwin, SD; his siblings, Gerald Kolb (Carla) of Goodwin, SD, Don Kolb (Susan) and Connie Sibson (Chris) of Goodwin, SD; and his close friend Kathy Leto of Goodwin, SD. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
