He is survived by: his wife Helen Patricia "Pat" Vig of Groton; his sons, Scott Nehls (Susan) of Tucson and Lance Nehls (Arlene) of Tucson; his grandchildren, Alexa Brown, Lacey Matzdorff (Isaak), Logan Nehls and Brock Nehls; his brother Maurice Nehls of Langford; and also, Craig and Pat.
