It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Marie Whalen (Hartford, South Dakota), born in Adrian, Minnesota, who passed away on May 15, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Johanna Lewis (Brennan); her husband Patrick John Whalen; her sons, Michael and Thomas; and her brothers, Edward, James, Kenneth and John Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Roxanne; and her sister Margaret Clasen of Hutchinson, MN. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 8 step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made for Masses or to St. George Catholic Church: Altar needs, Cemetery Fund, Funeral Committee, or the Catholic Daughters Association.
