He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Fjeldheim and Arlouine Fjeldheim (Freeman); his wife Judy Werner; his son Lonnie; his siblings, Delores Joyce, Kenny, Shervin, Jimmy, Orland, Larry and Ernest; and his brother-in-law Henry Quenzer.

He is survived by: his children, Lori Bechtold of Linton, ND, Kim Fjeldheim (Wendy) of Doniphan, NE and Kent Fjeldheim (Brandee) of Herreid, SD.; his daughter-in-law Paula Fjeldheim of Herreid; his grandchildren, Beth Fjeldheim of Herreid, SD, Tiffany Schwahn (Trent) of Bismarck, ND, Temree Appert (Derrick) of Braddock, ND, Ryan Fjeldheim (Morgan) of Kearney, NE, Taylor Fjeldheim (Elissa) of Phoenix, AZ, Hannah Fjeldheim of Doniphan, NE, Grady and Georgia Fjeldheim of Herreid; his great grandchildren, Holden, Cruz, Knox Schwahn of Bismarck, ND, Blayke, Jagger, Brooks Appert of Braddock, ND, Rae, Arlo and River Fjeldheim of Kearney, NE.; his siblings, Evelyn Quenzer of Deadwood, SD, Andrew Fjeldheim Jr. (Cindy) of Pollock and Alvin Fjeldheim (Bernadette) of Pollock; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Fjeldheim of Pollock, Rita Fjeldheim of Herreid, Gladys Fjeldheim of Herreid and Holly Fjeldheim of Herreid.
