He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gehrke of Aneta, ND; his children, Adam Wiest, Luke Wiest and Mallory Wiest of Herreid; his siblings, Eva Rhiger (Dan) of Portland, OR, Karl Wiest (Faith) of Delano, MN, Dwight Wiest (Julie) of Herreid, Christine Gubbels (Dan) of Aberdeen, SD, Cindy Hettinger of Herreid, SD. and John Wiest of Herreid, SD.; his parents-in-law, Charles and Helen Gehrke of Aneta, ND; and his sisters-in-law, Stephanie Engberg (Randy) of Grand Prairie, TX and Janelle Gehrke of Bondurant, IA..
