He is survived by: his wife Luella Mauer; his children, Kelly Schaefbauer (Shelly) of Kingston, WA, Jay Schaefbauer of Portland, Kipp Schaefbauer (Stephanie) of Gresham, OR, Wanda Rockford (Lemmie) of Cathlamat, WA, Robin Austin (Randy) of Bremerton, WA and Dora Reeves (Sid) of Port Gamble, WA; his stepchildren, Darwin Aman (Cindy) of Eureka, SD, Cheryl Jahraus (Dennis) of Eureka and Wanda Bertsch of Bismarck, ND; and his brothers, Leo Schaefbauer of Black Diamond, WA, Charles Schaefbauer, Clarence Schaefbauer of Mandan, ND and Mike Schaefbauer of Watford City, ND. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, and eight Step great grandchildren.
