He was predeceased by : his father Willard Mathiesen. He is survived by : his mother Arlene Mathiesen; his siblings, Thomas Mathiesen and Sarah Szymanski (Joel); his nieces, Gabie and Jorgie Mathiesen; his nephew Leo Szymanski; and his grandmother Nora Stangeland.
