In loving memory of Michael V Prosnecki of Hill City, South Dakota, born in Riverside, California, who departed this world on October 29, 2025 at the age of 70. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Prosneski and Marguerite Prosneski; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Sue Prosneski; his children, Leslie Hill (Brian) and Matthew Prosneski (Steve); his stepdaughter Rachel Barksdale (Robert); and his granddaughters, Layni and Lexee Banks.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little White Church (525 Main St, Hill City, SD 57745).
