It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irvin Delmar Putzier of Hot Springs, South Dakota, born in Carter, South Dakota, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Irvin Putzier and Ethel Putzier; his son Will Alan Ames; his siblings, Marvin (Carol), Rollin (Judy), Carl Putzier, Colleen Kemmer (Tom), Sharon Rohrbach and Shiela Skidmore; and his brothers-in-law, Ruben Rohrbach (Lorraine), Erhart Rohrbach (Darlene) and Raymond Rohrbach.

He is survived by : his daughters, Anita Jean and Ronda Renae; his wife Mavis; his daughter Lori Hotzel (Scott) of Belgrade, MT; his daughter-in-law Carisa Ames; his grandchildren, Keturah Herrmann (LaMoyne), Cassia Jirsa (Max), Simeon Goddard (Mistie), Tabitha Aquino (Frank), Isaac Goddard (Ashley) and Cameo Ames; his great grandchildren, Rosalyn, Colten Herrmann, Brodi, Eli Jirsa, Liam, Libby, Leonidas, Lucas Goddard, Levi Aquino and Cameo Ames; his siblings, Galen Putzier (Suzie), Joanie Bangma and Holly Littlejohn; and his siblings-in-law, Milbert Rohrbach, Ethel Putzier and Helga Rohrbach.
