He was predeceased by : his parents, Eleanor Angela Osborn and Wilbur Osborn; and his siblings-in-law, Troy, Eddie and Sharon.

He is survived by : his former life partner Lynn Pier; his close friend Dolores Thomas (Orelup); his children, Eric Osborn of Belvidere and Erin Van Norman (Robert) of Mesilla; and his siblings, Francis "Tojo" Osborn (Sharon) of Streeter, Louis Osborn (Marcia) of Rapid City, Kay Dent (Troy) of Shalimar and Jean Ehrmantraut (Eddie) of Wadena, Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
