He was predeceased by : his parents, Rosella Anderson of Lake Norden, SD. and Earling Anderson; his grandparents, Emil, Metha Anderson, Amel and Alma Sundal; his sister Marlene Spronk Herzig; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Thomsen, Gary Koistinen, Craig Nielsen, Verlon Spronk and Rich Herzig; and his great-niece Sara Davis.

He is survived by : his sisters, Ione Thomsen of Klamath Falls, OR and Charlotte Nielsen of Lake Norden, SD. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews and their spouses.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, private family services will be held.
