He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Stulc and Christine Stulc (Kilmer); and his siblings, Gerald Stulc, Frank Stulc and Janette Haggard.
He is survived by : his wife Bonnie (Yantzi) of Lake Norden; his children, Kristi Stulc of Badger, SD, Tammy Stulc of Henry, SD and Kevin Stulc (Susan Harms) of Henry, SD; and also Steve Biswell. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
