He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans C. Larson and Sofie J. Larson (Wickre); his parents-in-law, Helen Nygaard Johnson, Marvin Nygaard, Reuben Johnson, James and Anna Nygaard; his brother Raydon Larson; his niece Charlene Johnson; and his great-niece Riley Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Nygaard of Webster, SD.; his children, Wade (Chrissy Larsen) of Boise, ID and Wendy (Darrell Stein) of Aberdeen, SD; his siblings, Gene Larson (LaVonne) of Langford, SD, Sylvia Lehman (Floyd) of Luray, VA, Avis Clark (Ron) of Denver, CO, Roy Larson (Sharon) of LaBolt, SD, Richard Larson (Patty Bacon) of Brookings, SD and Kathy Miller (Dusty) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sister-in-law Nancy Friske (Larson) of Castlewood, SD. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
