He was predeceased by: his siblings, Herbert Foote, Floyd Foote, Boyd Foote, Kenneth Foote, Donald Foote and Helen Pierson; his son-in-law Larry Thovson; and also Jason Schumacher.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Jean Foote of Langford; his children, Reta Thovson of Hill City, SD, Verna Ellenson (James) of Redfield, SD, Neil Foote (Shannon) of Langford, Ward Foote of Langford and Wayne Foote (Mavis Ochsner) of Britton; his sisters, Lucille Green (Jack) of Sioux Falls and Dorthy Schneider (Gerald) of Britton; and his sister-in-law Patsy Foote of Langford. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
