With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fern Sipma (Lemmon, South Dakota), born in New England, North Dakota, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Schmidt and Helena Schmidt (Bohnhoff); her daughter Carol Franks; her husband Bud; and her sisters, Alma Schmidt, Marie Hildestad and Amanda Zastoupil.
She is survived by : her children, Don Sipma (Norma) of Hettinger, ND, Tracy Sipma (Dawn) of Dickinson, ND and Brenda (Bill Dooley) of Portland, OR.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
