He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Giannonatti. He is survived by: his mother Fern Giannonatti (Welch); his children, Jennifer Toscana (Anthony) of Ludlow, SD, Antoine of Ludlow, SD, Morgan of Ludlow, SD and Adam of Ludlow, SD; his sister Annette Slaba; his nieces and nephews, Kristi Wachendorf (Mitch), Washburn and Jay Slaba; his aunt Marian Giannonatti; and his cousins, Deb Turbiville and Lane Giannonatti. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Ludlow Community Hall or the Ludlow Fire Department.
