He is survived by: his wife Freda (Roberts) of Madison; his children, Jackie (Tom Holtz) of Peoria, IL and Dennis (Susan) of Madison; his grandchildren, Tim Holtz of Indianapolis, IN, Austin Slaughter (Leslie) of Sioux Falls and Allyson Johnson (David) of Madison; and his great grandchildren, Treyton Brower, Emma Slaughter, Braylee Dixon, Kina and Blake Johnson.
