He is survived by: his child Glen (Glenda) of Huron; his wife Phyllis Palmquist of Madison; his daughter Cheryl Lewis (Kim) of Winfred; his grandchildren, Drew, Callie (Cody Palmquist), Alexander and Ellen (Grace Lewis); his great grandchild Easton; and his siblings, Deloris Zischke and Donald Palmquist (MaryAnn).
