She was predeceased by: her parents, George Noe and Catherine Noe (Kneip); and her siblings, Luella Scheirer (William), Elmer, George, Leo, Edwin, Rudolph (Amelia), Melvin and Raymond Noe (Phyllis).
She is survived by: her husband Elmer J. Stalzer of Moline; her son Stephen Stalzer of Yankton, SD; and her brothers, Anthony Noe of Marquette Heights, IL and Ralph Noe (Carol) of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
