She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Selmer Samuel Simons and Carrie Simons (Askvik); her husband Vincent Leo Callahan; her children, Kristen and Dr. Douglas Caron; her brother Stanley Simons; her children, Steven Callahan (Alice Weber) of Madison, SD and Kris Easton (Mark) of Lexington; her grandchildren, David Izzo (Seanna) of Boerne, TX, Jared Callahan (Katie) of Sioux Falls, SD, Noah Easton of Kalamazoo, MI and Abby Easton of Norman; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Courtney, Wesley, Brooke, Cannon, Blake and Ellie.
