He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kuecker and Gloria Kuecker; his brother Marty Kuecker; his mother-in-law Vera Simoni; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Maaske, Joe Simoni, Ron Cheney and Gail Holmberg.
He is survived by: his wife Trease Simoni; his children, Josh Kuecker (Kylee) of Lexington, NE. and Summer Phelps (Jason) of Luverne, MN.; his grandchildren, Reese, Kipley Kuecker, Harper and Jaxon Phelps; his sister Debbie Krecklow (David) of Syracuse, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Kuecker of Maricopa, AZ, Tammy Maaske, Rikki Cheney of Waukee, IA and Mike Simoni (Sue) of Lawton, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sunnybrook Community Church (5601 Sunnybrook Dr, Sioux City, IA 51106). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
