He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mehlhaf and Lenora Mehlhaf (Mehlhaff). He is survived by: his daughter Amber Bradley (Mark) of Menno, SD; his grandchildren, Kjerstin, Courtney Van Noort, Abigail, Hannah, Jordan and Sarah Bradley; his wife Lori; his daughter Karla Van Noort (Jeremy); his aunts, Darlene Mehlhaf, Ruth Mehlhaf and Caroline Roth; his father-in-law Marvin; and his brothers, Allen Mehlhaf (Delila) of Freeman, SD and Charles Mehlhaf (Donna) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
