He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosina (Hein) and Fred Luikens, Sr.; his wife Esther; his sons, Roger, Dean and Lewis; and his siblings, Margaret Eisenbraun (Oscar), Viola Ulmer (Elton), Freida Rempfer (Edmund), Fred Luikens (Esther) and William Luikens.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Dobbe of Parker, SD; his daughters-in-law, Mary Ellen Luikens of Scotland, SD and Susan Beld of Cheyenne, WY; his grandchildren, Jim Pesicka (Kristy) of Parker, SD, Angela Pesicka of Parker, SD and Emily Luikens (David DeBeer) of Sioux Falls, SD; his great grandchildren, Melissa, Jaron, Kaden, Alycia and Brenden; his siblings, Albert Luikens (Irene) of Menno, SD and Ruth Dupraz (Oscar) of Chandler, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Mary Luikens of Freeman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other close relatives and friends.
Those wishing to attend in person are asked to wear a mask and to practice social distancing guidelines.
