It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Mammenga of Menno, South Dakota, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jesse (Bill) and Wilhelmina "Minnie" Jesse (Wingert); her daughter Diane; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Mammenga; and her brothers, Virgil, Jerry and Vincent (Doots).
She is survived by: her husband Luverne Mammenga (Vern); her children, Vern, Jim Mammenga of Brandon, SD, Paul Mammenga (Joy), Sandi Hieb (Mark), Tim Mammenga, Marilyn Haiar (Dan) and Dennis Mammenga (Kathy Hegge); her grandchildren, Tim Mammenga (Brenda) of Bristol, SD, Jon Mammenga Sioux Falls (Amber Reed), Bob Mammenga (Missy), Megan Okroi (Joey), Mari Mammenga (Tony Redman), Kelli Mammenga, Amber Christensen (Matt), Anthony Millar (Allison), Adam Mammenga, Amy Ross (James), Aaron Hieb (McKinsey), Eric Hieb (Samantha), Danika Mammenga, Riley Mammenga (Marissa), Brian, Ryan, Diane and Chris Haiar; and her siblings, Steve Jesse of Renner, SD, Billy Jesse (Hattie), Ray Jesse, Carole Raap (LaVerne), Mary Ideker (Jerry) and David Jesse (Carla). She is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, friends.
