He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Seidler and Lucille Seidler (Church); his wife Dorothy Dennis; his siblings, Mary Olson (Ole), Margaret Calhoon (Chester), Betty Stalley (Thomas), Vivian Sichterman (George), Athellen Seidler and Edward Seidler; and his son-in-law Larry Westerman.

He is survived by : his daughters, Athellen Westerman of Pierre and Phyllis Lindgren of Cody, Wyoming; his grandsons, Allen Gibbs (Tammy) of Grand Forks, Troy Nelsen (Cassie) of Worland and Terry Nelsen (Angie) of Sioux Falls; his great grandchildren, Caden Nelsen, Wyatt Nelsen, Marcus Gibbs and Kinley Nelsen; and his grandchildren, Kayla Gibbs, Mikayla, Vanessa and Jon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
