He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Karch and Ada Karch (Fluck); and his siblings, James, Charles Karch, Marion Trumbower (Henry) and Dorothea Howell.

He is survived by : his wife Kay Karch of Mildand; and his sister Nancy Hillegass (Norman) of Quakertown, PA.
