He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Schilling and Laura "Kate" Schilling; his wife Miriam Schilling; his siblings, Vernon, Harry Schilling, Hazel Peterson and Elsie Parker; and his grandson Patrick Dahmer.

He is survived by : his children, Camilla Henle of Gillette, Craig Schilling (Laura) of Gillette and Carmelita Colby (Will) of Gillette; his grandchildren, Brandon Allee of Gillette, Deann Kepler (Brent) of Lakeland, Florida, Casey Schilling of Gillette, Kennedy Schilling of Mitchell, Mikey Dahmer of Gillette, Wiatt and Koltin Colby of Gillette; his great grandchildren, Sabrina Allee of Gillette, Greysen, Sawyer, Kynzlee Kepler of Lakeland, Florida, Hayden, Daxton Schilling, Xaiver and Oaklynn Heisinger of Mitchell; and his sister Sarah Lembke of Prosser, Washington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
