She is survived by: her former husband Neil Lewis; her children, Steve Lewis (Cherie) of Wilmot, SD, Brad Lewis (Deb) of Fargo, ND, Lori Dockter (Randy) of Milbank, SD and Karen Lewis Kayl of Sioux Falls, SD; her stepchildren, Jane Azure (Sam) of Mandan, ND, Brad Durbin of Bethel, WA and Jeff Durbin (Te) of Crookston, MN; her grandchildren, Paul Lewis (Jessica), Rachel Keimig (Dan), Adam Lewis, Kathren Lewis, Emily Lewis, Steven Trapp, Michael Trapp, Kristin Stuckey (Eric), Lauren Kayl and Jamie Kayl; and her stepgrandchildren, Brittany Bearstail, Jasmine Durbin, Kelsey Durbin and Michael Durbin.
