The passing of Clarice Kranz of Milbank, South Dakota leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 1, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Wemmering and Emily Wemmering (Johnson); her husband Carroll "Cork" Kranz; her children, William Buls (Shirley) and Colette Flynn; her daughter-in-law Darlene Kranz (Skallerud); her parents-in-law, Roy and Florence Kranz; and her siblings-in-law, Muriel Schmidt (Vavricka), Bob Vavricka and Joe Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Brown (Michael) of Minneapolis, MN, Celeste Gatz of Hayward, WI, Charles Kranz (Peggy) of Milbank, SD, Clinton Kranz (Lynn) of Wellington and Curtice Kranz of Dawson, MN; her son-in-law Ronald Flynn; and her siblings-in-law, George Kranz, Ruth Kokenge (Daniel) and Dorothy Nelson (Gregory). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Mundwiler Funeral Home (1003 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Lawrence Catholic Church (101 S 6th St, Milbank, SD 57252). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
