Darlene Eide Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2021, at the age of 89, Darlene Eide of Milbank, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Bunting and Clara Bunting (Kaufman); her husband JJ Eide; her son Reid Strege; and her sister Judy Larson.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert Strege; her stepson Steven; her son Steve Strege (Vicki) of Milbank; her stepchildren, Allen Eide (Elaine) of Spearfish, SD, Sharman Miller of Mansfield, TX, Bonnie Pies of Ortley, SD and Robert Eide (Carolyn) of Leavenworth, KS; and her sisters, Janet Bunting of New Hope, MN, Bonnie Nelson (Neil) of Monmouth, OR, Brenda McGinnis of Martinez, CA, Nadine Holbert of Redwing, MN and Donella Bierman (David) of Marcus, IA.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; 23 step-great-grandchildren.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to gather for visitations and services. The use of face masks by attendees is required, and we will continue taking the necessary steps to keep our facility clean.
