She was predeceased by: her parents, Walt Hay and Emma Hay; her former husband Jim Hay; her husband Jim Vincent; her sons, Thomas and Walter "Woody"; and her granddaughter Heather.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Hay (Iris) of Revillo, SD, Antoinette Henningson (Jim) of St. Joseph, MN, Colleen Linscomb (Brian) of Montpelier, ID and James Hay (Jeff) of Kimball, MN; and her daughter-in-law Jean Warren of Lake Jackson, TX. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
