With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald William Steptoe of Miller, South Dakota, who passed away on November 28, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William R. L. and Velma O. Steptoe (Wyant); his brother Kenneth; and his brothers-in-law, Bayard Phinney, Fred Veneklasen, Wayne and Dale Fawcett.

He is survived by : his grandchildren, Brent (Terri), Brian (Melanie) and Nicolette (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Evalyn, Jasper, Isaac, Grace, Natalie, Piper, Asher, Roselyn and Oliver; his siblings, Robert Steptoe (Karen), Carole Fawcett (Harland) and Mary Phinney Veneklasen; his sister-in-law Delores Steptoe; his aunt Charlyne Joslin; his uncle Kent Blatchford; and his parents-in-law, Helen Fawcett, Kay Fawcett, Rodney, Rose Fawcett, Don and Marlys Fawcett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nephews and great nieces and their families; many other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be directed to the First United Methodist Church, 610 E. 4th Ave, Miller, SD 57362.
