He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Knutson and Greta Knutson; his siblings, Gary, Boyd, Neal and Laurie Tanner (Trinneer); his nephews, Casey Knutson, Joshua Kerzman, Jamie Trinneer and Jason Kerzman; his brothers-in-law, John Kerzman and Charles Trinneer (Butch); and his father-in-law Clem Degenstein.
He is survived by: his wife Kim of Mitchell; his daughters, LeAnn Kerin (Brian) of Ft. Collins, CO. and Mallory Knutson (Brent Imhoff) of Ft. Collins, CO.; his grandchildren, James Dean and Pepper Jean; his siblings, Gale Knutson and Ward Knutson; his siblings-in-law, Mike Tanner (Mandan), Lenny Degenstein (Pierre), Carey Degenstein (Mitchell) and Marcia Degenstein; and his mother-in-law Dora Degenstein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
