It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Vandever (Mitchell, South Dakota), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Vandever and Marie Vandever (Lewis); his parents-in-law, Wayne and Fern Butterfield; his brother-in-law Richard Butterfield; and his nephew Anthony.
He is survived by: his daughter Toi Anne; his wife Barbara Vandever of Mitchell, SD; his daughters, Toi Sullivan (Brad) and Melanie Hageman (Rod); his grandchildren, Zoe Knudsen (Braden), Ramey Sullivan, Matthew Hageman (Carissa) and Molly Hageman; his great grandchildren, Josiah and Thielen Knudsen; his brothers, Richard Vandever (Darlene) and Chuck Vandever (Nancy); his siblings-in-law, Jim Butterfield (Lois), Joy Butterfield, Sally Elkerton (Kenny), Cheryl Hein (Randy), Peggy Figland (Dick) and Wendy Figland (Dave); and his friend Earl. He is also survived by friends and his nieces, nephews.
