He is survived by: his children, Wes Patton (Tammy) of Grand Prairie, TX, Deb Buche (Greg) of Mitchell, SD, Greg Patton (Janine) of Mitchell, SD, Paul B. Patton (Dawn) of Mitchell, SD and Barb Stork (Brian) of Mitchell, SD; his brother Lester; and his siblings-in-law, Arlo Tiede of McPherson, KS, Eloise Patton of Hemit, CA, Marvin Reiners (Betty) of Blackhawk, SD and Darlene Pfingsten of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren.
