He is survived by: his sons, Austin Burns of Colorado and Elliot Burns of Colorado; his significant other Justina Jones; his parents, Bonnie Burns of Mitchell and Charles Burns of Sioux Falls; and his siblings, James Burns of Mitchell and Jenny Pfeifer (Jerell) of Alaska. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
