It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Stoebner (Mitchell, South Dakota), born in Tripp, South Dakota, who passed away on March 28, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Stoebner and Agnes Stoebner (Schramm); and his sister Elizabeth Johnson. He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Stoebner of Mitchell, SD; his daughters, Chris Vickers (Wayne) of Mitchell, SD and Jackie Cundy (Kent); his grandchildren, Austin Vickers, Brittney and Hannah Cundy; and his siblings, Joe Stoebner (Carol) of Eden Prairie, MN, Tom Stoebner (Linda), Gloria Winter (Don), Marian Gehring (Kermit), Charlotte Gilman (Roy), Meadow Vista and Susan Stulc (Len).
