It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Sorenson (Mitchell, South Dakota), born in Plankinton, South Dakota, who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Mark Laffey and Dorothy Laffey (Horstmeyer); her husband Jerry Sorenson of Custer; her children, Jack Sorenson (Jennifer) of Mitchell, Nicki Mallon (Jason) of Huron, Jay Sorenson of Mitchell and Jesse Sorenson (Michelle) of Custer; her grandchildren, Allysa, Jared, Alexis, Nicholas, Brooke, Regan and Curtis; and her great grandchild Sutton.
