He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clinton, Lloyd, Ralph, Clarence, Milton, Donald and Violet.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Martel; his children, Larry Fischer (Linda) of Trail City, Mary Gonzales (Tim) of Glenham and Wayne Fischer (Terrie) of Eagle, CO; his grandchildren, Mandy Crabb (Ryan), Clayton Fischer (Olivia), Barbara Ann Fischer, Loretta Fischer, Kristina Gonzales and Kevin Hulm; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Crabb, Weston Crabb and Violet Fischer.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Mobridge American Legion Post #4.
