It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Bialas of Parkston, South Dakota, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Gerlach and Elizabeth Gerlach (Zirpel); her brother Walter Gerlach; and her grandsons, Theo and Nicholas Bialas.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence; her children, Michael Bialas, Beth Hranicky (Michael) of El Lago, TX., MayDene (Todd), Diane (Joel) and Tom Bialas (Sherry Hunhoff) of Dimock, SD.; her grandchildren, Christen Wermers (Tim) of Sioux Falls, SD, Matt Bialas (Danielle) of Sioux Falls, SD, Emily Bialas of Harrisburg, SD, Mandy Heidenreich (Zach) of Horace, ND, Ella Hranicky of El Lago, TX, Evan Juhnke of Tekamah, NE, Paige Juhnke (Stephen Henry), Neal Juhnke of Lincoln, NE, Anthony Hebrink of Sioux Falls, SD, Taryn Bialas of Dimock, SD and Ben Bialas of Dimock, SD.; and her great grandchildren, Sophie of Sioux Falls, SD and Stella Wermers of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by her daughters and many grandchildren and great grandkids.
